ClassesBreastfeeding Basics Breastfeeding 101 is designed for moms that are new to breastfeeding. This class covers all the basics of breastfeeding such as getting off to a good start, staying on track and keeping up your milk supply, breastfeeding positions, how you know if your baby is getting enough milk, managing pumping, breastfeeding, and work, and the benefits for you and your baby. This class is offered in group sessions or can be given 1:1 in the privacy of your own home. Bringing home baby covers all newborn essentials for when baby is home from the hospital in those early days. Topics include diaper care, breastfeeding, bottlefeeding, baths, swaddling and much more. |
